To ensure the best experience for all clients, please review the following policies before booking your appointment. By securing a session, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Booking & Payment
All appointments are arranged through social media. To book, reach out via Instagram or Facebook to discuss availability.
If you're in The Limestone Coast, you may request an in-studio consultation before your appointment.
A $50 cash payment is required upon arrival before your service begins. This payment applies to all services and is non-negotiable. The remaining balance can be paid via cash or PayID. Minimal change is available at the studio, so please bring the correct amount.
Due to high demand and limited availability, we recommend booking as soon as possible.
Appointments & Cancellations
Nail services take between 1.5 to 3 hours, depending on complexity. Permanent jewellery appointments typically take 30 minutes.
For focus and comfort, we kindly ask that you attend alone. The studio cannot accommodate additional guests, including children. However, if you and a friend or partner are both receiving permanent jewellery services, you may book a joint session with prior approval.
Clients aged 12 and above may book nail, press-on, or permanent jewellery services. Clients aged 12-15 require a parent or guardian to complete the intake form and be present at the appointment.
A $50 cash payment is required upon arrival before the session begins. Failure to provide this payment will result in a refused session.
Late arrivals or no-shows may rebook another appointment, but repeated occurrences may result in refusal of future bookings.
Health & Safety Policies
If your technician determines that proceeding with a service is unsafe due to health concerns, you may be required to provide a medical release before continuing. This applies to both nail services and permanent jewellery welding.
By booking, you acknowledge that all services provided are elective beauty procedures with no medical claims expressed.
Design Approval & Refunds
We strive to bring your vision to life and ask that you carefully review and approve all design elements before the service begins. No refunds or reimbursements will be provided for dissatisfaction with colour, length, or design, as consultations ensure the best outcome.
Please send inspiration photos via social media before your appointment to clarify your preferences.
For custom press-ons, full payment must be made before your set is created. After submitting your design form, contact us via social media to confirm submission and receive PayID details for payment. Your set will be completed and posted within two weeks unless a rush order is arranged for an additional fee.
