What jewellery options and materials do you offer?
I currently offer a carefully curated selection of high-quality materials to ensure durability, longevity, and a timeless aesthetic. My collection includes sterling silver, known for its classic elegance and versatility, and gold-filled, which provides a beautiful and affordable alternative to solid gold while maintaining exceptional quality. At this time, I offer bracelets and anklets, but I look forward to expanding my range in the future to include more styles and material options.
How long does a service take?
Appointments typically take 20-60 minutes, depending on the design and chain selection.
How much does a service cost?
Prices range from $75 to $125+, depending on the design and charm accessories. A $50 cash payment is required on arrival before the service begins. This payment applies to all services and is non-negotiable.
What payment methods do you accept?
I accept cash and PayID payments; however, a $50 payment on arrival must be made in cash, or the service will not proceed. If paying the remaining balance via PayID, proof of payment must be provided before leaving the studio.
Do you offer repairs or adjustments?
Yes! I can adjust or reconnect other permanent jewellery for a $25 fee. If your jewellery was purchased from me and requires fixing within the first month, I will repair it free of charge.
How long will my permanent jewellery last?
Permanent jewellery is designed to last for years with proper care; however, it should be treated as fine jewellery, as it is not indestructible and can experience normal wear and tear over time.
Can I remove the jewellery myself at home?
Yes! Use nail clippers or scissors to snip the jump ring (the small circular connector). Keep your chain intact so it can be re-welded if needed. This is a great option for those who play seasonal sports or need to temporarily remove their jewellery.
Can I wear my jewellery through airport security and medical scanners?
Yes! Your permanent jewellery is safe to wear through airport security. However, if you need to remove it for medical procedures or scans, follow the removal steps below and book a re-weld appointment.
Does getting permanent jewellery hurt?
Not at all! The welding process produces a small spark, but it is quick and painless.
Does the jewellery require any maintenance?
Yes, to keep your jewellery looking shiny and new, clean it with:
A soft toothbrush, warm water, and dish soap
A jewellery polishing cloth
Do you offer permanent jewellery for children?
Yes! Children aged 12 and above are welcome for our nail, press-on, and permanent jewellery services. However, for clients aged 12 to 15, a parent or guardian must complete the client intake form on their behalf.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel my appointment?
I understand that things come up! Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in a loss of future booking privileges.
Can I bring a friend or child to my appointment?
To maintain a relaxing and focused environment, I kindly ask that you come alone to your appointment.
