I specialise in soft gel, BIAB (Builder in a Bottle), and Gel-X, with a focus on intricate nail art and cuticle manicures for a flawless finish.
How much does a service cost?
Prices range from $65 to $90+, depending on the design. A $50 cash payment is required on arrival before the service begins. This payment applies to all services and is non-negotiable.
What payment methods do you accept?
I accept cash and PayID payments. However, the $50 payment on arrival must be made in cash, or the service will not proceed. If paying the remaining balance via PayID, proof of payment must be provided before leaving the studio.
Do you work on extremely short or damaged nails?
Yes! I offer a nail growth journey package designed to help strengthen and restore short or damaged nails, especially for nail biters. Finding the right product for these nail types can sometimes be a trial and error process, as each client’s nails react differently. To support this journey, I offer a discounted program to help determine the best product for your nails while ensuring long-term growth and retention.
How should I prepare for my appointment?
Please arrive with bare, product-free nails and clean hands. If you have existing product on your nails, it must be removed beforehand, as I do not offer foreign removals.
How long does a nail service take?
Service times vary depending on the design and complexity. Expect your appointment to take anywhere between 1.5 to 3 hours.
How long will my nails last?
Nail longevity varies based on individual lifestyle, nail health, and aftercare. When aftercare guidelines are followed, retention can last anywhere from 2 to 6 weeks, though a 3-4 week refill appointment is recommended. I offer repairs within the first 3 days if there is a genuine issue with the product. However, after this period, I am not responsible for any damage, as natural wear and tear differs for each client.
Do you remove nails done elsewhere?
No, I do not offer foreign removals. Please ensure your nails are free of any product before your appointment.
Do you offer infills?
BIAB sets can be infilled, but Gel-X cannot, as it is a full-cover extension that requires a fresh set each time.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel my appointment?
We understand that things come up! Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in a loss of future booking privileges.
Can I bring a friend or child to my appointment?
To maintain a relaxing and focused environment, we kindly ask that you come alone to your appointment.
Do you provide services for children?
Yes! Children aged 12 and above are welcome for our nail, press-on, and permanent jewellery services. However, for clients aged 12 to 15, a parent or guardian must complete the client intake form on their behalf.
